We place profound emphasis on collective undertakings, delving into the intricacies of dungeons not in the sense of completing said dungeons but examining them from a in character approach, confronting formidable world adversaries, and embarking on extensive exploratory endeavors. If your heart resonates with the call of exploration, whether as a daring adventurer or a sagacious scholar chronicling the world's hidden treasures, this Pillar beckons to you.

ROLEPLAY EXPERIENCE

Gilded Ventures offers a realm where medium to heavy roleplay will be conducted in a World-Immersive Role-Playing approach. It caters to those who yearn to venture beyond the confines of a tavern or residence, immersing themselves wholly in the rich tapestry of our world. It should be noted that activities, such as our enthralling dungeon delves, are to be considered In-Character by default, unless otherwise indicated by the appointed party leader. All roleplayers, be they neophytes or seasoned thespians, are warmly welcomed and fervently encouraged to partake in this vibrant blend of narrative and adventure.

HOUSE EVENTS

Our endeavors often find synergy with House Kimura, serving as a nexus for cross-Pillar activities. Assigned duties may fall upon our members, be it the honorable representation of our house at formal affairs or the dutiful role of courier. Rest assured, membership in House Kimura does not preclude one's participation in other Pillars, and a harmonious confluence of affiliations is heartily encouraged.

Each Explorer and Researcher rank serves as a reflection of an individual's growth within Gilded Ventures. Actual jobs within Gilded Ventures can be assigned for in-character purposes. For example, if someone prefers to be more of an Archivist, they can pursue that role in character. Alternatively, if someone sees themselves as more of an investigator, they can also choose to pursue that path. These in-character jobs are flexible and can be tailored to each Adventurer, Explorer, and Researcher's desires. The crucial aspect is ensuring that all our role-playing is cohesive, and the storyline makes sense.

The Voyagers epitomize esteemed members of our illustrious guild, exemplifying unwavering dedication and an enduring commitment to our vibrant community. They are members who possess a strong grasp of survival in wild environments, know how to properly survey an ancient place, and even understand how to handle artifacts and reliquaries. They have demonstrated commitment to the labors and works that the Guild itself has undertaken. This commitment may extend to taking up responsibilities such as leading groups into regions, assisting with the organization of larger expeditions, or even mentoring newer members.

EXPEDITION LEADER

They are often highly respected and sought after for their expertise, and may be consulted by rulers, scholars, and adventurers alike. It is important to note that Lore Maesters will have Out of Character Responsibilities assigned to them as they are Junior Officers.

They will also be the individual responsible for handling in character interviews and assigning Jobs to members in character.
